Not sure if I got busy with things or it just wasn't time for me to become a blogger that I let this go.
Anyways we are going to try it again...I know it won't be a daily writing but will try to do it at least once a week. I know the new school year will be a change for all of us. Aimee is moving over to the catholic high school but the junior high part of it. Timmy is starting the elementary catholic school and Jonathan starts 10th grade and hopes to have his permit before winter. I can't believe that he will be 16 in 2 months.
My job has changed but it hasn't changed, if that makes sense. The school I worked for closed and we had to interview if we wanted to work for the new school. We were not guaranteed we would be hired just because we worked for the old school. Needless to say that left us all wondering if they just wanted to start fresh and if we would have jobs. I kept going back and forth on what I wanted to do until I finally gave it to God where I should have put it in the first place.
I was hired for the new school and have been busy all summer trying to get the old paperwork organized and put into storage and getting the new school set up (at least office wise) We got our new principal and have been getting to know him and his expectations of what the new year will be like. We are very excited about what he has in store and can't wait for school to start (well we can since we have so much to do before we start). The changes he brings are welcomed and long needed.
We have found a new church and are very excited about attending there. Even Jonathan enjoys going and enjoys the Youth group and does not like to miss.
Jon is still working in Cleveland and other than the long commute enjoys his job. Things are falling into place for us after a very long dry spell in areas that only God needs to know about. Perhaps at a later time those things will be brought to light as a testimony for others but for now God is at work!
I hope to at least do this blog weekly and just write about family, friends and hobbies. I do not want to say more than once a week since one of the changes I'm doing is cutting back on computer time in order to get back into reading, looming and more time with family. When I do get on the computer I want it to be positive and also to do programs that can help save us money.
Later :)
